2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
1 small (192 g) apple, chopped
1 cup hot water
1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 pork loin (2 lb./900 g), butterflied
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 Tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
HEAT oven to 350ºF.
MELT margarine in large skillet on medium heat. Add apples; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add water and stuffing mix; cover. Let stand 5 min.; mix lightly.
SPOON stuffing mixture onto cut side of meat to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, starting at one of the short ends. Place, seam-side down, in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 1 hour. Mix syrup, mustard and rosemary; spread over meat. Bake 20 min. or until meat is done (160°F). Let stand 15 min. before slicing to serve.

15 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed
2 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine, melted
3 squares Baker's White Chocolate, divided
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/4 cup Kraft Pure Red Raspberry Jam
PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Mix cookie crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan. Melt 2 chocolate squares as directed on package.
BEAT cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until blended. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Pour over crust.
BAKE 25 to 28 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool 5 min.; spread with jam. Melt remaining chocolate square; drizzle over cheesecake. Cool cheesecake completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Cut into 24 bars.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup white sugar
To Make the Layered Jar Gift:
Layer ingredients in a one quart mason jar, in the order given. Screw the jar on the lid, and cover with a circle of fabric or a paper doily, held down with a rubber band. Cover the rubber band with yarn or ribbon and tie a bow.
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, cream 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Add 1 egg and 3 to 4 tablespoons of water. Add entire jar of butterscotch cookie mix and stir until blended. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookies sheet. Bake for 12 minutes in 350 degree F. oven. Remove from oven and cool.

Vanilla Butter Rollouts 
You Will Need
1 1/2 cups butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt
What to Do
1. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt; gradually add to the creamed mixture. Cover and refrigerate until easy to handle, about 30 minutes.
2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch cookie cutters. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350°F until edges are lightly browned, about 8-10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks to cool completely. Decorate as desired.
Makes: about 7 dozen cookies
